Randy and Mario have built a team that consistently delivers outstanding service with incredible attention to detail, accuracy, and top-notch problem-solving skills. No matter how complex the issue, they take the time to diagnose it correctly and make sure nothing is overlooked. At my auto collision shop, we rely on Alameda Auto Electric to help with vehicle diagnostics, including pre-scans and post-scans, and they’ve become an invaluable part of our repair process. I've had a great experience with Alameda Auto Electric, especially with Randy, the manager. Every time I bring my car in, whether it's just for an oil change or something else, he takes the time to explain everything clearly. He always lets me know if there's anything I should keep an eye on in the future, and I never feel like he's trying to sell me something I don't need. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is their honesty. Randy is always upfront about how much the repair or service will cost and how long it will take. There are a lot of shops that give you one price and then call later asking for hundreds more, but I've never had that experience here. They do exactly what they say they're going to do, and that's hard to find these days. It's a relief knowing I have a mechanic I can actually trust. If you're looking for honest people who care about their customers and do quality work, I highly recommend Alameda Auto Electric. I had a Very professional and trustworthy experience at this shop. Eddie kept me updated while they worked on my car the entire time and made sure I left satisfied and with my problem solved! One of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic shop!

My truck broke down about the begining of December 2025 I took it to Alameda auto electric with the owner told it was the gas pump and it needed to be replaced got a quote of the cost to fix and agreed later I left with my truck "fixed" four days later I broke down on the freeway and tried calling the owner only answered once said he was at a event and couldn't talk I got my truck towed back to their shop on dec 12 2025 in between 7 and 8 pm dropped the truck off left told I was gonna get it looked at again didn't get a call just a bill with their online system saying I owed a new amount for work done to my truck that I had not agreed on so I denied to pay he then started saying it didn't have anything to do with what he had done and the truck had a new problem I didn't believe this due to the fact that the same symptoms my had truck when it originally broke down with the gas pump no gas marking and strong gas smell the tow truck driver that took me back didn't want to transport my truck due to that it smelled a lot and thought it be leaking on the road after I had denied wanting to pay he just simply kept my truck for the remaining of the month and kept telling me he would get to
